Hospitality Experts was created in 2019 when four hoteliers—Michael, Andreas, Stefan and Lars—got frustrated with the lack of honest, unbiased information about WhatsApp tools for hotels. We had all wasted time and money on solutions that didn't deliver on their promises, and we realized other hoteliers were facing the same challenges.
As active hotel operators, we decided to test and document every major WhatsApp solution ourselves. No sales pitches, no vendor relationships, just real experiences from actual hotel operations. We share what works, what doesn't, and most importantly, what each tool actually costs when all fees are considered.
This website is our contribution to the hotel community. We don't sell anything, we don't take commissions, and we don't favor any vendor.
